Private autopsy service formed in 1991 whose pathologists specialize in autopsy pathology, performing complete and limited autopsies for the greater Chicago area. The base fee includes transportation to and from their facility, with toxicology analysis and photographic documentation available. Autopsies are performed in the autopsy suites of Genesis Lab at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois.
