The SLUCare Forensic Toxicology Laboratory provides testing and expert testimony for medical and legal investigations into death, poisoning, and drug abuse, serving St. Louis and jurisdictions nationwide for more than 30 years. Services include volatile and comprehensive drug testing, individual drug confirmation and quantitation, independent case review and retesting, and expert witness testimony. The lab publishes separate requisitions for medical examiner casework and for attorney and expert-witness work.
